Frequently asked questions
- Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Yes, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order via call or WhatsApp on +254 116 221122 and we’ll update it before dispatch.
- What if I’m not available during delivery? The courier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, your order will be held for 48 hours at a pickup point. After that, it’s returned to us.
- Is my gear insured during transit? All orders are carefully packed before transit. In the rare event of damage, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- Do you offer pick-up?Yes! You can pick up your order from our Nairobi store. Select “Pick up in store” at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready — usually within 20 min.
