1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method (M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service
